the staff offered excellent service, which enhanced my overall experience.
the standard rooms were smaller than i anticipated. i had to upgrade and it was an unwelcome extra cost. also, the food from room service was overpriced and not tasty.

I discovered thoughtful surprises, including a lovely baby bed and a good gift for my husband's birthday. The staff showed consistent kindness, especially Ms. Ruth and Mr Owais, whose warmth enhanced our visit significantly. The team provided excellent service.
The room service menu was slightly overpriced and the food was not very tasty. We would have liked to see lower prices and an improved taste.
