underwhelming room service and small standard rooms
the standard rooms were smaller than i anticipated. i had to upgrade and it was an unwelcome extra cost. also, the food from room service was overpriced and not tasty.

the staff was very nice. they were helpful. the rooms were clean and comfy. the gym was nice and clean. everyday cleaning occurred. i found an iron in the room. i really liked the close proximity to the center.
i noticed the food from room service seemed overpriced and not very tasty

I discovered thoughtful surprises, including a lovely baby bed and a good gift for my husband's birthday. The staff showed consistent kindness, especially Ms. Ruth and Mr Owais, whose warmth enhanced our visit significantly. The team provided excellent service.

The room included every essential item. I did not need to bring my own comb or toothbrush. The suite on the 16th floor overlooked the business area. The morning view was amazing. Housekeeping, managed by Shahab, was a daily delight.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated the warm welcome. Staff members were cute from the valet service to the reception. Their hospitality. The staff provided daily housekeeping. The rooms were constantly clean.
